Q1. Why the hair color is not exactly as the pictures showing?

A1. Different monitor have different display. And in different weather conditions and light, maybe the same color No. Will have a little color difference.

Q2. Can the hair be straightened or curled?

A2. Treat the hair as it is your own hair, use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair , never use hot tools too often and don’t exceed 150 degrees Celsius as you will dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q3. Can i dye or color the hair?

A3. Yes, the hair can be colored, for the colored hair, we suggest you dyed the hair to more darker color since the hair extension has been processed and colored, for natural color, you could only bleach to color 30#. We highly recommend you to ask your hairdresser to dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want, if you can’t get to a salon, please use a good quality hair dye and test a sample firstly.

Q4. Why my hair extension getting tangle?

A4. your hair extension will get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water,chlorine and not combing out your hair daily, make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q5. Why my hair extension shedding?

A5. It’s normal that the hair has a little shedding the first time you wash it. Brush the hair with a comb, wet the hair before you brush it, please use conditioner to take care your hair. Hair loss can be caused by many things, heat damage from blow-dryers, curling irons, and flatirons, as well as coloring and extensions all result in breakage.

Q6. How should i take care of the hair?

Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners, you can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products for a long time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
