Can I dye the hair? What should I pay attention to ?

A: All our hair can be dyed to the color you want, except #613, but you need do it professionally to get the exact color without damage the hair. As human hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor, so don’t dye or restyle the hair too frequently, it will harm the hair badly!

Why My Hair Extensions Getting Tangle?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing ( wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Why does grey hair exist in my hair bundle?

A: Virgin non-dyed hair will have a few stands grey hair or split ends inside, it’s normal and not a quality problem. We usually collect the hair carefully during production, but we couldn’t guarantee 100% no grey hair or split ends, please understand and pick up the few stands out by yourself. Could the Hair Be Curled and iron-flat?

A: It is human hair, so could be curled and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’ t exceed 150C°, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
